Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website, customer account and services provided by Freight Flow Logistics GY ("Freight Flow", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our services
Freight Flow provides freight forwarding and logistics coordination services, including receiving packages at our partner warehouses, consolidation, arranging transport, and delivery coordination. We arrange carriage through third-party carriers and service providers and are not ourselves the operator of every aircraft, vessel or vehicle used.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate, current and complete information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Shipment information and lawful contents
You are responsible for accurate and complete shipment information, including descriptions, values, quantities and recipient details, and for ensuring that all contents are lawful to export, transport and import. False or incomplete declarations may result in delays, additional charges, seizure, or refusal of service.
4. Prohibited and restricted goods
Prohibited or restricted goods may not be shipped, including items banned or restricted by applicable law, carrier rules or customs authorities. We may refuse, hold, return or report any shipment we reasonably believe contains such items.
5. Customs, duties and compliance
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing, you are responsible for customs duties, taxes, permits, licences, inspections and compliance with all applicable regulations. Charges imposed by authorities are payable by you.
6. Transit times and delays
Transit and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs processing, inspections, weather, airline or carrier schedules and capacity, force majeure events, and other causes outside our reasonable control.
7. Merchant and seller issues
We are not responsible for errors by merchants or sellers, including wrong, defective, counterfeit, incomplete or poorly packaged goods. Such issues must be resolved with the merchant or seller.
8. Loss or damage claims
Claims for loss or damage must be reported promptly after you become aware of the issue and be supported by evidence such as photos, invoices and packaging. Compensation, if any, is subject to applicable carrier and insurance terms and applicable law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Freight Flow is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of business, or business interruption.
10. Payment
Invoices are due immediately unless management approves an extension. We may hold shipments until outstanding amounts are paid.
11. Storage and unclaimed packages
Storage charges may apply to packages not collected or paid for after a grace period communicated to you. If a package remains unclaimed after repeated notice, we may return it, dispose of it, or take other lawful steps.
12. Suspension and termination
Subject to applicable law, we may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, unlawful activity, false declarations, abuse of staff or systems, or unpaid amounts.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Guyana.
