Customer Referral Rewards Policy

This policy explains how the Freight Flow Logistics GY Customer Referral Rewards program works in Freight Flow Connect. It supplements the Referral Rewards section of our Terms of Service.

1. Program overview

Active, registered Freight Flow Connect customers can share their unique referral link with people who would like to ship with Freight Flow. Rewards are earned by the customer who shares the link (the referrer). The referred customer does not receive a discount through this program.

2. How a referral qualifies

A referral becomes Qualified only after the referred customer has done all of the following:

• signed up through the referrer’s unique referral link;
• verified their email address;
• been approved and activated, with an FFL Mailbox ID assigned or linked;
• completed their account, login and password setup; and
• completed their first Paid Freight Flow invoice.

Until every step is complete, the referral shows as Pending.

3. Rewards earned

• Each Qualified referral gives the referrer 10 rewarded invoices.
• Qualified referrals add up: 2 referrals = 20 rewarded invoices, 3 referrals = 30, and so on.
• The per-lb discount never stacks — it is always GYD 2 per lb, no matter how many referrals you have.

4. Reward amount

• Each eligible rewarded invoice receives GYD 2 per lb off freight.
• Example: a freight rate of GYD 620/lb becomes an effective GYD 618/lb on that rewarded invoice.
• The reward applies to freight only. It does not apply to duties, taxes, delivery fees, storage, handling, insurance or any other additional charges.
• The reward cannot reduce freight below zero.

5. What counts as one reward use

• One Finalized invoice uses one reward.
• If 10 packages are consolidated or billed together on one invoice, that invoice uses only one reward.
• If shipments are invoiced separately, each Finalized invoice uses one reward.

6. Automatic application

• Freight Flow Connect automatically applies an available reward when an eligible invoice is Finalized.
• Neither customers nor staff can multiply or stack the GYD 2/lb rate.
• Your available rewarded invoices are shown in the Share & Earn card in Freight Flow Connect.

7. Cancellations

If a rewarded invoice is cancelled, the reward use is restored to your balance.

8. Restrictions

• Rewards have no cash value and are non-transferable.
• Each referred account can be credited to only one referral.
• Self-referrals, duplicate or fake accounts, manipulated activity, fraudulent payment or shipping activity, or other abuse may result in referrals or rewards being voided.
• Freight Flow may require reasonable verification before honouring a reward.

9. Program changes

Freight Flow may modify, suspend or end the program going forward. Valid rewards already earned will be honoured unless fraud, abuse or a correction is involved.
